Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Final-sale or clearance items are not eligible unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and (for damaged/defective items) a photo. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions. Do not ship items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item in most cases.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they enter fulfillment (usually within a few hours of ordering). After that, the standard return policy applies.
